Como clicar em treeview

Pessoal, consegui arruma o botão iniciar, vlw pela força de vcs..........
bom tento uma duvida no TreeView, criei um tabela assim no txt

URL 1
URL 2
URL 3
etc....


gostaria q a pessoa clique e abra a URL correspondida nessa tabela........ é possivel isso---------- alguem que possa me ajudar ficaria muito grato........................................
