Could not convert variant of type (OleStr) into type (Date)

Pessoal, tenho um sistema q roda em Firebird e MySQL

E na versão MYSQL me dá o seguinte problema

exception class EROUnregisteredServerException with message
'[SafeCall Exception]: Could not convert variant of type (OleStr) into type (Date)'. Process stopped. Use Step or Run to continue.


Ja pesquisei e nao achei nada concreto.
Estou passando todos os parametros conforme os respectivos tipos, como
Data = AsDateTime
Caracter = AsString
etc

Alguma dica?
