Criar botao em tempo de execucao

Ola galera! Alguem sabe me dizer como faço pra criar um botao em tempo de execucao e coloca - lo no form1???

Tente aí:

  Btn1: TButton;
begin
 with Btn1 := TButton.Create(Form1) do
 begin
   Parent := Form1;
   Name := ´Btn1´;
   Top := 15;
   Left := 150;
 end;
