supondo que temos 3 dbedits.
1 recebe hora inicial
2 recebe hora final

x:=time
horaini: time;
horafim: time;
begin
horaini:= strtotime(dbedit1.text);
horafim:= strtotime(dbedit2.text);
x:= (horafim - horaini);
