Erro 599 Delphi Crystal

OnTrack Product Suite – Crystal 599 Error Product: OnTrack for Training/Crystal Issue: When attempting to run a report, 599 Crystal error occurs CAUSE: A 599 Crystal error indicates that the selected reported in unable to connect to the database. The report is attempting to connect to the database using the ODBC Data Source Name (DSN) specified in the Reporting section of the User Options window. Resolution: Follow the steps below to resolve this issue: Ensure that a valid ODBC data source has been created using the 32-bit ODBC Administrator. Launch and log into OnTrack for Training. From the Main window, select File->Options. The User Options window appears. In the Crystal Data Source field in the General tab, verify that the DSN accurately reflects the correct ODBC data source name. From the User Options window, click the Save button to save your changes. Using these steps will prevent the 599 Crystal error from recurring.
