ERRO CONEXAO COM BANDO DE DADOS

Podem me ajudar? desenvolvi uma loja virtual e em localhost está funcionando perfeitamente e conversando com o servidor mysql da locaweb porém, quando subo meus arquivos pro servidor da este erro: NÃO SEI O QUE FAZER!!
