Erro na Query dbExpress!

Eu tenho o seguinte código:

with QryFicha do
begin

CommandText := ´select * from FICHALEI´;
CommandText := CommandText + ´ where PAGINA is null´;
CommandText := CommandText + ´ order by CODSETOR, NOMRUA, ORDATE, NUMERO´;


e me aparece o erro quando eu dou um OPEN, o que fazer?
