Erro para cirar form herdado

Estou fazendo a video aula 5 do ADO-SQL (Luciano Pimenta). Qdo gerei o formula´rio herdado dá o seguinte erro==> The designer could not be shown for this file because none of the classes within it can be designed. The designer inspected the following classes in the file: frmRegisterCustomers --- The base class ´appClientServer.frmRegisterBase1´ could not be loaded. Ensure the assembly has been referenced and that all projects have been built. <==


Depois disso não consegui fazer mais nada.
