How to use QueryString in workflow Fondation

of work flow foundation .

 Thanks but I am not talking about parameter .I want to say that Suppose I want to send page with string(querystring)
like CreditCard.aspx?Id
If I have to pass this how i will do this in workflow with asp.net.

I can navigate from one page to page as per given by Mr.bool Videos .But I need to send Querystrimg with navigation codes.
