MSDTC Oracle Windows Vista

Pessoal, boa tarde !

Tenho uma aplicação que faz acesso a uma base Oracle, só que está aplicação não está rodando no windows vista, e ocorre o erro abaixo, será que alguem já teve este problema ?

   em System.Transactions.TransactionState.EnlistDurable(InternalTransaction tx, Guid resourceManagerIdentifier, IEnlistmentNotification enlistmentNotification, EnlistmentOptions enlistmentOptions, Transaction atomicTransaction)
   em System.Transactions.EnlistableStates.EnlistDurable(InternalTransaction tx, Guid resourceManagerIdentifier, IEnlistmentNotification enlistmentNotification, EnlistmentOptions enlistmentOptions, Transaction atomicTransaction)
   em System.Transactions.Transaction.EnlistDurable(Guid resourceManagerIdentifier, IEnlistmentNotification enlistmentNotification, EnlistmentOptions enlistmentOptions)
