StarTeam

Muito bom dia, pessoal!!!

Estou tentando startar o StarTeam só que está dando o seguinte erro:

Failed to start TesteST. Please check the configurations settings.
If this configurations is set to run as a service, please check the event viewer for the cause os the error.

Alguém poderia me ajudar? Alguém trabalha com essa ferramenta?
