SyBase X DbExpress

Quando tento habilitar o Conected = True properties do componente TSQLConnection aparece a seguinte mensagem:
´´Uneable to load dbexpsyb.dll´´

Estou usando Delphi 7 com SyBase Sql Anywhere Database Engine Version 5.5.05 Build #2509.

Alguma Sugestão?
