Fórum Erro ao executar o app no emulador android #602567

Recentemente começou a aparece o seguinte erro ao tentar executar um app com o comando react-native run-android no emulador android. Segue erro abaixo:
Task :app:installDebug FAILED FAILURE: Build failed with an exception. * What went wrong: Execution failed for task ':app:installDebug'. > com.android.builder.testing.api.DeviceException: com.android.ddmlib.InstallException: INSTALL_FAILED_DEXOPT * Try: Run with --stacktrace option to get the stack trace. Run with --info or --debug option to get more log output. Run with --scan to get full insights. * Get more help at https://help.gradle.org BUILD FAILED in 20s 26 actionable tasks: 1 executed, 25 up-to-date error Could not install the app on the device, read the error above for details. Make sure you have an Android emulator running or a device connected and have set up your Android development environment: https://facebook.github.io/react-native/docs/getting-started.html error Command failed: gradlew.bat app:installDebug. Run CLI with --verbose flag for more details.
Alguém já passou por esse problema e conseguiu resolver?

Então, eu apelei muito para esse erro, a solução que fiz foi:
Apagar o arquivo gradle-xxxx-all.zip e fazer o download do gradle novamente.

o meu quando tento abrir está dando este erro:

Exception in thread "main" javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
