Fórum delphi - Erro usando Dbexpress e Oracle #591586

Bom dia. Uso Windows 10 64 bits. Instalei o Delphi Tokyo Trial Original, instalei o Oracle 11G Express. Quando uso o coomponente TsqlConnection e tento conectar com o Oracle, aparece a mensagem abaixo:
- "dbx error: driver could not be properly initialized. client library may be missing, not installed properly, of the wrong version, or the driver may be missing from the system path".
Voces ja passaram pelo mesmo problema ? POdem me ajudar ?
