Esse é o erro:
The DataSourceID of the ReportDataSource 'DataSet1' of the ReportViewer 'ReportViewer2' must be the ID of a control of type IDataSource. A control with ID 'dsTriagem' could not be found.

Então, o nome estava lá e por isso eu não fiz um outro Choose Datasource. Só que o nome estava do DS estava correto, mas não apontava pra nada. Refiz tudo e funcionou. Valeu. Pode fechar esse post.
