Fórum Erro ORA- 12514 #409371

Este erro podem ser várias variaveis:

- Se o seu SO for WIN 7, no arquivo SQLNET.ora, na linha SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES = (NTS), informe SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES = (NONE).

- Se você tiver mais de uma versão do Oracle instalada, poderá ter problemas.

- Firewall

- Problemas com dominio, dependendo da instalação, quando você for configurar o servidor deverá escrever: MAQUINA.DOMINIO.[LOCAL]

- Talvez seja necessário recriar seu LISTENER.

Tente estes itens. qq coisa poste novas informações.

Amigo, isso irá ajudá-lo com certeza :

One of the reasons you get that kind of error is because DATABASE INSTANCE started before LISTENER did. Listener must always be started first.

Check if a database instance up and running
Check the output of the lsnrctl service command and see what services are registered.
Check if you has SERVICE_NAME correctly specified when connecting to the instance.
If it happens that database instance stared before listener did sometimes you just need to wait a little or you can execute alter system register in order to register the instance.
