Hospedando CGI-Stand-alone executable

Não consigo achar um site (free hosting) que rode aplicações CGI feitas em delphi (Web Server Application). Os parâmetros dos arquivos estão ok (rwx/r-x/r-x) mas os servidores geram a seguinte mensagem de erro:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, support@portland.co.uk and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
